Core Barrels
Description
CDG manufactures double tube and triple tube core barrels in length of 6mtrs, 3mtrs and 1.5mtrs. Water in double tube core barrel is injected between outer tube and inner tube. Perforation at the lower end of inner tube permits flow of water. From this point to diamond core bit is the only place which is subject to erosion. This distance is very short when compared to the total length of double tube core barrel. With the elimination of erosion problem, it becomes possible to take core of softer and broken materials. PO3/HO3/NO3 triple barrel uses an additional split inner tube to encourage an undisturbed sample recovery which in turn maintains present productivity levels.
