Water Swivels

Description
Water swivel have passed destructive testing and ISO9001 standards. Security and reliability are guaranteed. It is made up of pressure-sealed ball bearings, precision machined alloy-steel spindles,with harder coating. It is designed to facilitate the introduction of coolant (normally water) to the inside of diamond core bit, cooling the bit and removing the cuttings while drilling. CDG’S well drilling swivel serves as a connection between triplex pump and the rotating string of drill rod through a high pressure hose. It connects the pressure hose from flush pump to rotation drill string. Plain type and bearing type water swivels are available in our company.

Application
1. These are manufactured in various sizes for use in mud or clear water.
2. It is designed for either underground drilling or surface drilling at high speed.
3. Light duty and medium duty water swivels are generally used for shallow core drilling in geotechnical drilling and soil investigation.
